GENERAL QUESTIONS
1. What bills can I pay through EBP?
You can pay practically anyone using EBP—charge accounts, utilities, even your doctor or day-care center.
2. What bills can’t I pay through EBP?
Payments may be made only to payees with a U.S. payment address. You may not make a payment of alimony, child support, taxes, or other governmental fees or court-ordered payments through this service.
3. Will I be able to make EBP withdrawals from any of my accounts?
EBP uses only checking accounts. However, if you have more than one Mennonite Financial checking account in your family, you may use several or all of them with EBP.
4. Can I use EBP overseas?
Online bill payment can provide you with peace of mind if you are traveling for an extended period of time. All you need is access to the World Wide Web with a secure browser, and you can pay your bills.
5. If I should decide to do so, how do I discontinue my EBP account?
You may terminate your use of EBP at any time by writing to us. You must notify us at least 10 days prior to the date on which you wish to have your service terminated. We may require you to put your request in writing.

TIMING AND SCHEDULES
6. When can I start using EBP?
Processing your EBP application can take anywhere from 5 to 7 days. You will be able to access your account as soon as you've received your username and password by regular mail from the Mennonite Financial.
7. How many days does it take for a payment to reach my payee?
Since payment processing can take several working days, schedule your payments at least seven to ten working days ahead of the date they are due.
8. When is EBP available?
EBP is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Only system maintenance may interrupt availability.
9. Are payments processed even on weekends?
Payments can be processed only on business days, subject to system availability. If the account debit date falls on a weekend or holiday, your payment will be processed on the next business day. Our business days are Monday through Friday. Federal Reserve and credit union holidays are not included as business days.
10. Is there a cut-off time for processing payments?
You may schedule a bill payment at any time up to 5:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on the day before you want the payment to be issued.
11. How far in advance can I schedule a payment?
You may schedule a payment to be processed on any future business day within one year from the date you scheduled the payment.

USING YOUR EBP ACCOUNT
12. How will EBP debits appear on my statement?
The words "Payee--[name of company]" will appear on your statement.
13. How do I place a stop payment? Is there a fee?
You may delete any single payment or recurring payment at any time prior to 5:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on the account debit date. You may also stop any payment by calling us in time for us to receive your request three business days or more before the account debit date. If you call, we may also require you to put your request in writing and send it to us within 14 days after you call. We charge a fee for processing stop payments by phone but not if done online.
14. Who manages EBP withdrawals from my account?
You are responsible to manage EBP and make sure you have enough money in your checking account to cover electronic bill payments, including recurring ones. Mennonite Financial is not responsible for monitoring the funds in your account. Overdraft fees are in effect for electronic bill payment withdrawals from your checking account, and they are not reversible.

MAINTAINING YOUR EBP ACCOUNT
15. How do I add a new payee to my payee list?
Changes to payee information can be submitted online by choosing the "Add Payee" function. Please remember to enter complete information to avoid delays.
16. How long does it take to add a new payee to my payee list?
Your request to add a payee is processed immediately, and you may begin to make payments at that time.
17. How do I make changes to information for a recurring payment?
If you need to change your merchant information (name, address, account number, etc.) and have recurring payments scheduled to that merchant, you need first of all to cancel the recurring payment to that merchant. Then make the changes to the merchant information and reschedule the recurring payment. This is the only way to change the model for recurring payments.
