Use electronic bill payment to save time, postage, and money for your congregation.

You can also pay recurring monthly bills automatically on the date you choose. EBP can be used to make payments to individuals as well.

EBP service charge

The cost of EBP is $4.95 per month, which will automatically be deducted from your congregation’s checking account at Mennonite Financial.

How EBP works 

Mennonite Financial has set up a demonstration site to show you how electronic bill payment works. This site has a help screen that explains the different functions of the EBP system and how to set them up once you have applied for this service.

Signing up for EBP

Before you can use EBP for the first time, you need a special account number and a PIN. To secure these for your business, fill out an  EBP application, print, sign, and fax it to EBP at 717-735-8331. Or you can mail it to EBP / Mennonite Financial, PO Box 10455, Lancaster, PA 17605-0455.
