Online banking

Banking Online

Mennonite Financial’s online banking system is a convenient way for congregations to keep track of finances. With this system you have access to live account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. At any time you can transfer funds between accounts, stop payments, and view and print images of checks that have cleared.

Electronic bill payment

An important part of our online banking system is the ability to pay bills electronically. This includes one-time and recurring payments to both business and individuals. Check out how to save both time and money with our EBP system.

Getting started with online banking

Before you use online banking for the first time, you need to call one of our offices for your initial password. Sorry, but we cannot set up passwords via e-mail. Your username will be your Mennonite Financial account number.

We also recommend that you read How to use online banking before logging on and using the system for the first time.

Lockouts

If you get locked out of online banking, write down the message on your screen, then call your local office or 800-451-5719. Lockouts will occur if you try to access your account unsuccessfully three times in succession.

eStatements

If your congregations uses online banking, you can also opt to have your monthly statements come to your church electronically rather than by paper through the mail. Sign up for eStatements by contacting a local office or calling 800-451-5719.
